华人的版规明确规定了“在遵守美国法律前提下个人可以自由发表意见和主张”。美国法律规定提倡使用暴力的言论在有造成随时发生暴力行为的可能时是违法的。这些举报的id发表煽动暴力的言论在目前香港和大陆有些民众情绪激动、互相对立的氛围下是有可能让双方没有法律头脑的人误以为欧打对方是正义的行为而身体力行的。版主有责任制止散布这种言论否则华人论坛会沦落为一个煽动暴力的社交平台。
