superhero, I don't think the penalty to 'superball' works. He might reduce the 顶贴 behavior in fashion board, but may not in other boards. I saw a mm said, "可注意最近一个ID叫"superball", 总是到处顶贴子." It's really a bad example. If allowing this kind of ID to keep doing so, more new IDs will follow in order to increase the charm point in a short period of time. By the way, that behavior is very annoying. Please let it stop.
