I haven't heard back from TDS specifically, but I have every
indication that this has been resolved, as I can now see further into
TDS's network.  If you re-run the trace to the IP per below, you will
see hops inside of TDS now.

Do you have any way to confirm that this was resolved to your satisfaction?
