I cannot reply or make a new post for 1-2 wks. Everything used to work fine though!

Could anyone tell me what happened? I don't have Norton Virus installed, and I only use IE to view stuff. What has gone wrong?

Whenever I tried to reply or modify my posts, I was directed to a page said "u don't have the authority to do so, or ur username is banned". Gosh, i didn't do anything wrong!

Could anyone help me?
