1. According to the last judgment, we were not "fail to yield", but "fail to pay full attention". It's true that we don't have any solid evidence which can prove he was speeding, but judging from his sudden right turn and the serious damages he made, can we infer that his reaction time was very short and his speed was very high?
2.Sorry for the confusion, to be more specific, I mean our car "has finished the 90-degree turning" and was "paralleled to the destined aisle" .

所以我车保险liability 都是保50万刀的 再加umbrella. 除非你保险公司能砍到5万以下 不然你得自己再找律师打官司了
