我是典型的处女座,天生节俭,老公是金牛座,很注意理财。我们的金钱观很象,都
是有十花一的人,喜欢储蓄,以备需要。在生活上也不讲究排场。
我们今年新年时讨论上一年的财政情况时,老公一时兴起,自称“开源居士”,并
封我为“节流仙子”,还跑到书房用毛笔写在纸上,可笑的是他把我们的“号”弄
成了上下联,横批“创业夫妻”,可怕的是他决然还要把它裱了挂上。。。。被我
好说歹说拦下了。
要攒钱,如果不开源增加收入投资,就是节流了。可是我们本来生活就算不上奢侈
浪费,在节俭就委屈了。还是保障生活水平为先。

买房子我想很多人都有这样的想法,可是除去在这里几代的移民,还有家里富贵有钱的,穷学生或者刚上班一两年的首付都是一个问题。别的地方我不知道,在加州,前面有位jm已经说过了,湾区的房子30万绝对是粉便宜的,可签这么个房子等于多少年都卖给它了。而且身份问题呢? 我不知道是不是这里的jm都是公民或者已经有绿卡了,如果没有的话那天给layoff要回国了房子怎么办?谁都知道房租是给人家的,买房子是自己的,可是实际问题一大堆,不是想怎么样就怎么样的,sigh
