我个人体验，如果对自我认识/发展，或者是Relationship方面有疑惑的姑娘，不妨仔细看和琢磨小麦姑娘推荐的书。我只挑着看了几本，然后实践，有种豁然开朗的感觉，才开始认识真正的自己，知道自己需要什么，适合什么。

好好体会，一定就会有收获的。

我个人受益获深，从受挫颇深，到现在有了家，明年要当妈了。

困境中的姑娘们，不要放弃自己，不要害怕，不要退缩，有问题就积极寻求帮助，尽早解决，千万不要拖延，否则后果是要付出很大代价的！！！一念天堂，一念地狱。

Haha, thanks for sharing. Cannot agree more. A true lady will know what to laugh off and be in control of her own happiness. It is true that when she is not at the top of the food link, she should be observant of how others are behaving and be cognizant of what she is behaving in front of others. I also like the quote re. the true self-happiness, which does not come from external factors but grows from within. As a little girl, I used to rely a lot on what other people have been talking and felt a lot of pressure and unnecessary stress. 陆陆续续follow这个帖子有一年了呢，期间dating也是偶尔会有一些，深感小麦的建议真的很靠谱。我是患得患失体质，做啥都喜欢想太多，还没开始已经要想到最后咋办了。看过建议之后自我调整，虽然没能全能改掉，但至少可以不太表现出来了，偶尔和闺蜜们抱怨下。最近又重新开始回到dating圈，但也觉得没有必要一定要找到谁谁谁，只是想看看圈子外面的人。现在觉得单身生活也是很棒，可以和朋友们去喝茶吃饭聊天做好多愉快的事情。最后也想问问能不能私信求个微博或者可以时常follow的联系方式。一年了也是有感情呢哈哈哈哈
