For most gift card programs, you may purchase up to a limit of $500 worth of gift cards from each retailer per year. You can buy at most 5 gas cards per calender month.
Several programs offer gas card. To the best of my knowledge, Today's Espcape (TE) currently has gas card in stock. TE has Shell, Sunoco, Speedway/SuperAmerica. Here is the link to apply for TE.
