我没有亲身经历，只是听说好像和我们申请研究生的手续一样，只不过这个不是一定需要奖学金才去，呵呵，应该也是f1吧？

我弟弟10年前(1995年)是以交换学生的方式来美国读高中的。那时候一切手续都是通过中介，就签证面试要自己去，不过很容易就签过了。

当时来的时候是拿J-1,后来换成了F-1,这个身份的转换就在美国国内申请就可以了。

不过这些都是90年代的情况，现在可能都不同了，尤其是中介的可信度已经很差了。
