My BF is in bay area and I am looking for a wind/rain jacket for him
for X'Mas. I have two options here. One jacket is thinner
without lining inside, and the other thicker with cotton lining.
Is lining necessary for rainny winter days there? I haven't been
there in winter yet so I am not sure. Thanks a lot. ^_^
