China Rate Increase

1stPhoneCard.com has received confirmed information that the rate to China will increase by up to 40% on Tuesday, March 16, 2004 by the service carriers China Telecom and China NetCom. However, we have not received confirmation from any of our phone card providers as to when they increase their China rates and by how much. Once we receive the updated rate information for our phone cards, we will post them on our web site and send emails to our customers about the changes.

Our goal at 1stPhoneCard.com is to provide the best quality service to our customers at the lowest price possible. Under these uncertain situations, we want to assure our customers that you have the freedom to choose your phone cards and will receive credit on the unused portion of any affected phone cards toward the exchange of any other phone cards in our web store.

In addition, we suggest our customers to make as much phone calls as possible during the weekend of March 12, 2004 so that you could be assured of the low rate to China.
