我们这里房子也句便宜,农村么,就这点好.前阵子一个朋友刚买了房子,19万5,3400SQF.可是没有这么大的院子,也没有游泳池.

偶都想离开我们这个鬼地方了，伤心欲绝～～
最近房价涨得太离谱了，上周给的两个offer,全部失败，我们这儿买房子不是压价，就等于是拍卖一样，全部往上抬价，昨晚被通知，我们的第二个OFFER又失败了，我真是想不通，居然有傻瓜来这样抬价的抢。两栋都是20多年的townhouse,开价都是300K以上，居然还有人一万一万的加，我好害怕，现在有点灰心了，我老公他们公司要搬，所以想找个近点的地方住，无奈～～
大家祝福我这周能够找到个合适的房子吧！
