Cupertino和Sunnyvale多的是的地方不靠Freeway，aanta Clara上280,880都很方便，101也不远。Cupertino不上Freeway很难去那些大公司，santa Clara Lawrence,San Tomas, el Camino还是提供多一些选择了

同意啊 现在价格是 lynbrook high 1500 sqf 2。1-2。2 cupertino 1500 sqf 2。1-2。2 westvalley cherry chase 1500 sqf 2-2。1 剩下的94087 1500sqf 也在2左右 listing price 都是钓鱼价完全没有参考意义 应该看近30天成交价 年初到现在 这几个区已经涨了10-15%了
