(1)刚看了一个房子,25年,第一层砖,第二层是木头的. 房子是3000FT, 占地1.9ACRE. 隐
私性非常好,因为后面是一片小树林(一半属于房子),后边30米处是一条很小的溪流
,左边也是一片林子,没有人可以看到后院. 还有一个游泳池和SUNROOM(二层高). 房
子内部一般,年初换的屋顶和暖气系统.这个区以美国人为主,学区属於我们这里中等
偏上水平.虽然LOT很大,但由於游泳池和树林占了大部分,割草区域不是很大.后院还
有一个独立小储藏室,有分离的车库(2个车). 室内还有FIREPLACE.
这是看得第一个房子,没有找AGENCY, 他是SALEBYOWNER. 我们谈拢的价格是185000,付

(2) After several days consideration, we still want that house. So, we did the house inspection. The foundation is very good, and the house had lots of new stuffs, such as roof, heating system and hot water system. Then, the seller gave us the contract and our lawyer helped us review that. It will be done in a couple of weeks. After that, we will go to bank. Our closing date is supposed to be in the middle of Dec. It is so excited to have all these stuffs done in such a short time.

the owner asked for 190,000. He bought a very big lot, around 5 acres. So he must sell this house quickly. We were the first one to look the house and made the deal in a quick.
