我也要买房子了

我和LD都是刚master毕业，刚工作，就马上买房子，是不是太早了点？
这两天找了个realtor和贷款的人，有好多问题不懂啊。在这里问一个：
a seller concession of at least $8000
这个sell concession是什么冬冬啊？谢一个。。。

if you are, there might be difficult to find a loan
other than that, it's totally fine

我们两个10月1号以后是H1-B。而且今天已经贷到款了，100% pre-approved。真是快得有点怕怕。这个星期才想买的房子。

pre-approved doesn't mean you already got the loan. and aslo it's very possible you may go with another lender after you actually make an offer. but anyway, congrats!! and it's really fun looking for dream homes :)

If you have stable jobs and financial ability, the early, the better.. Why waste money on rentals?[em00]
