I really enjoyed this . It has some very powerful ideas that the only thing a person needs to make them more successful is to use them. It is so full of information about the inner working of the human's motivation patterns.
Counselors can find techniques for all types of interventions. The author blends a unique mix of spiritual and psychological components to top off the complex matrix of the human hierachy of needs. He supports himself with research and facts. As a person who needs scientific research and facts, I found this book to be progressive and perhaps ground breaking in that it challenges some traditional beliefs about the importance of spirituality in our daily lives.

This is a helpful book for personal and work growth.
