I think both teams performed wonderfully. Firstly, debaters worked on the meaning of “make” very well. Teagy and oncogenes emphasize on the difference between “make” and “be important”, while aya and dotann try to redefine the word “make” as “bring about”. To me, there is really no right answer to this topic. Teagy and oncogenes convinced me that we should not judge a person by his or her clothing, but in the mean while aya and dotann did reveal the reality of today’s society. Yes, we should not judge a person by clothing, but unfortunately, it does happen. So while asking ourselves not to be judgmental, we still try to adapt to the society by adjusting our standards. It’s just matter of how much we compromise. And exactly how important are clothes for us in both personal and professional life? We all have different answers. I really enjoyed debaters’ performance. However, Teagy and oncogenes’s work do seem more consistent and convincing to me. I agree with the two previous judges.

That makes the negative side the winner of the game this time. Congratulations, teagy and oncogenes!
