Since 1893, Hephzibah House has served many people from all over the world
that have come to New York City.?This non-profit Christian organization
provides a variety of programs and services to individuals from every nation
and faith.

English For You (Emphasis on US Culture & History)
Term I: January 17-March 16 (9weeks/18 sessions)
Term II: March 28-June 1 (9 weeks/18 sessions)
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 10-11:30AM
Program fee: $100/term

English For You is a special class for individuals looking for help with
English skills.?Our classes are taught by professionals with degrees in
English as a Second Language.?Our desire is not only to assist you with your
language skills, but also to provide an opportunity to make new friends and
enjoy a home-like atmosphere.?Reservations are required, and class size is
limited.

ChatLive Conversation Program
January 19-May 25 (No session on March 23)
Thursdays, 7-8:30PM

An hour a week can make a world of difference for the person who is struggling
with English conversation skills.?Participants will be matched with English
speaking volunteers who will provide an opportunity to practice English.?
ChatLive is Free, but you must make reservation via e-mail.?Space is limited.

Women Short Story Club
January 17-May 30 (No class on March 21)
Tuesdays, 4:30-6pm
Material fee: $25

Read and discuss short stories from around the world with other international
women.

Bible study for Internationals
Tuesdays: 7-9 PM (Soup & Bread)
Fridays: 4:30-6 PM (Basic study)
