1，轻度和中度患者可以在10天后脱离隔离状态，无需重新测试即可恢复工作。如果患者发烧，则必须至少持续24小时。原因是是“看症状”可以更好地衡量某人的传染性，因此可以“避免不必要地将其隔离开来，使其不能工作。”
