请推荐些好吃的维他命药片吧。

我最怕吃药了,可是有时候为了保养,还是想吃点全维他一类的东西。可是我在美国买过的维他命不但都很难吃(就算是吞下去在嘴里过一下也觉得苦),而且一粒都大得可怕,几乎吞不下去,可是因为他味道很坏,我又不想切小块或嚼碎。记得原来在国内吃的“小施尔康“就是果味儿的,甜甜酸酸的可以嚼碎了吃。美国有这类给小孩吃的好吃的维他命吗?
另外大家吃的钙片都是什么的啊?我买的是gnc的cherry味chewable钙片,倒是不苦,虽然吃起来感觉跟吃墙皮似的,倒也受得了。但是因为反正也不怎么好吃,我老是忘了吃。一年都吃不到20片。

For multivitamins and calcium supplements, I just take very regular pills. I take them every morning when I have my oatmeal+milk, and don't think they are hard to swallow. I guess if you take them with water, it is hard. Juice will be better to take them through your throat and esophagus.
If you really dislike them, try Centrum kids. I guess it is similar to what you have had in China. Available at all supermarkets. For calcium, there is a kind of calcium chocolate chews, very rich taste and not too much calories. Actually they can have other flavors, too, like orange, vanilla, etc. You need to take two pieces to be equally effective as a caltrate D pill.

钙质不是你吃多少就能吸收多少的.
据说能吸收20%就很不错了.尤其是光吃钙片的话
