两种用法，可以泡澡，也可以用作In-Shower Body Lotion，就是用沐浴液洗完身体以后，把这个东西摇匀，然后smooth all over the body，着重在膝盖手肘等特别干燥的部位按摩片刻，然后用温水冲掉。用浴巾拍干，别rub。之后不用涂身体乳液了。很不错啊，没有滑不留丢冲不干净的感觉，却又的的确确给了皮肤一个保护层，相当滋润和保湿，大力推荐！好闻的杏仁味儿。
