小tip~如何interview不紧张

有mm问我如何能做到在interview不紧张~
当然把技术练过硬~心中有底更自信~自然interview时紧张度就小了~这是根本~
但我也有一个trick~我总是告诉自己~interview那么短时间~能问多难的问题啊~如果我发现很难，肯定想歪了~这么想就不紧张了。
其实一定的紧张度对interview有好处~能使人思想更集中~更投入
还有临时抱佛脚还是很重要的~INTERVIEW前突击一个方面~如果问到不熟的，就老实承认~然后说我XX方面比较熟~等问道熟的冬冬，尽量多讲点~讲细点~把时间拖过去~嘿嘿，就像比赛球一样~要控制节奏~让对方顺着你的节奏走~
这些想法，不一定适用于各行各业~如果不对~就一笑而过~

建议突击.偶尔甩几个fancy缩写很cool.和和.
有时候太老实也有坏处.要看面世方喜欢什么要的.基本上是80% be yourself + 20% tricky skills.hehe

I had one interview. I spent 2 nights, (only a hour though) to go through the common questiona and self introduction. Even though, the actually question I got was different from what I prepared for. But I did quite well. When they asked weakness, I said communication skills. they were you are great.
But when I went for the second round, I didn't prepare at all. this time, they started to notice my english wasn;t that great. :P
so my point is practice helps you to warm up and build your confidence.
