Hi girls, I got a job offer last month and have signed the offer. Now the company is applying for H-1B for me. But another offer came this week. And I feel more interested in the 2nd one. What options do I have? Can I recline the 1st one? How about my H-1B visa application? It has already been filed. Thank you!

Sorry, I cannot type Chinese here.

If you H1-B won't be approved before you change to the 2nd company, your application may be revoked and you need to reapply...........I'm not sure if you need to pay for all the applications fees, which will depend on your sponsor...

The best way is to ask the attorney, who knows the exact process...........

well, I hate to say this, but personally I won't change a company after I signed the contract. It is a very risky behavior, especially these two companies are in the same or related field. By doing so, you will have a bad reputation in your field, which very likely will ruin you career.

Be careful with your decision.  The 1st company can put bad comments on you and hurt you in your career in the future when it comes to background check.

can't agree more! I feel reputation is NO.1.
