刚刚拿到第一个offer letter, 对薪水，benefit 都还比较满意，本来打算接受了，但是offer letter 中有些措辞很让我不安，不知道是不是正常，还是专门针对我的，请有经验的姐妹帮忙看看，提些意见，看需不需要跟他们negotiate.

“In accordance with company policy, the first three months of employment are considered to be a period of provisional employment.  At the end of this period, and upon management approval, you will receive notification of your status as a regular employee.”

这个试用期正常吗，一般公司都有吗？这个我需要问他们吗？

各个公司都是介样的，很正常。一般只要你不出大问题都是没有关系的。

“Your employment is contingent upon compliance with regulations of the Immigration Reform and Control Act, which requires that you provide verification of employment eligibility within your first three days of work.  A list of documents you may present is enclosed in your pre-orientation package.”

因为我今年八月份才毕业，他们要求我马上工作，我已经申请了CPT, 但是刚刚从ISO得知，CPT 现在只允许国际学生最后一个学期（summer是我最后一个学期）每个星期合法工作20个小时，这是full time 工作，我怎么跟他们解释呢。我可以一个星期只拿20个小时的paycheck, 然后每个星期voluntarily. 姐妹们碰到这种情况怎么解决阿。

本来拿到offer很高兴，现在又觉得这个offer部确定的事情太多。他们现在催着我答复， 请姐妹们帮忙出出主意把，不胜感激。

这倒是个问题。有些公司，尤其是大公司是不原意VOLUNTEER的，主要是怕担责任。尤其我们是外国人就更敏感一些。MM只能和公司全部讲清楚，看看他们是不是愿意WORK ＷＩＴＨ　Ｕ．为什么不申请ＯＰＴ呢。现在好像要ＴＡＫＥ一个半月。
