it depends on which area you work on.  I am in the tax field, so I know to figure out the tax implication for different types of M&A under IRC.

it sounds like a greant opportunity, if you should ask about life/work balance program the company offers, see if you can work from home on some days, and make sure your boss understand there's a limit to your dedication to your work.
