Job Title: Unit Manager

Main responsibility:

* To build up and manage a software development team, ensure the team to run with high quality and efficiency

* Cooperate and communicate with customers, developers, production supporters and overseas managers to identify product features, prioritize tasks, track schedules and deliver results

* To put applications into production, including: requirements/develop/ testing/release , specially to communicate and cooperate with the users in 3 main regions

Requirements:

1. At least 10 years overall experience in software development, have the ability to lead a team (more than 10 people) and actual experience, worked in a large MNC company before (at least 3 years)

2. must have good reading, writing, listening and speaking skills of English

3. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, able to communicate well with the team but also good cooperation with other departments and oversea users

4. Strong project management skills

5. Strong commercial communication  skills

6. familiar with JAVA technologies.

7. Ability to manage, motivate, and develop staff

8. Ability to solve problems under pressure

9. A BA/MS degree in Computer Science

10. Banking experience is highly preferred
