工作以后锻炼很少了,除了周末找不到其他时间了。早上起不来,单位虽然有gym,可是上班时间不能去,中午要吃饭。晚上下班了又要做饭,吃了饭也不能马上运动,然后过一会就要睡觉了。如果晚上回来先锻炼,那么吃晚饭的时间就要拖到8点左右了,也太晚了!所以,找不出合适的时间。大家都怎么做?

I do 40minute pilates everyday (one hour before sleep)...after about a week, I do see some results, xixi

Of couse. I work out more often after started working. Exercise will take the stress away and keep fit.

our company doesn't have gym, so I bought a gym membership card. Since it is my money, I try to keep myself going more often.
