Need Help about Contract

The company emailed me to sign the contract this Friday.
Does anybody have the experience of signing contract?
I haven't worked before, so...
What should I pay attention to? do they usually have the working time limit-- such as 3 years, or 5 years? I know there is in China, but how about here?

AS I remember it's just standard format, state what is you job title, how much payment, company can fire you and you can leave anytime. If you have relocation or sign on benefit, then there will be service time limitation. Normally, if you leave your job in a year, you need payback relocation fee. You accept the offer. For other stuff is company police.
Just check what's on the paper, if you have question, you can always call HR to clarify.

如果签了后 1年内想解除合同, 怎么办?
要付法律责任吗? 还是 可以, 提前1个月通知对方的说法呢?
如果如MM 上文说的要付RELOCATION FEE, 那么 没有RELOCATION FEE, 只有 BENEFITS (保险, 等)
应该怎么办, 要在合同期内解除合同, 需要赔偿吗?

别急啦.美国这里的工作合同基本上是at will的.就是说你和雇主,双方面都可以没有任何理由的随时辞职或者解雇.一般的合同上根本不会说你必须要工作多久的,这样方便公司随时裁人,也方便你随时跳槽.
行规是离职前给2-week notice,提前两周通知一下公司就可以了.
这种合同,很standard的.你除了在工资上能商量一下,其它的没什么bargaining power,照签就是了.一般你辞职的话,不太会要赔公司什么钱,比较常见的约束是non-compete,就是不能够到跟公司直接竞争的地方工作.但是具体enforce起来,也没那么严格.现在想这些都没用,先工作再说吧.
你要真有耐心,把合同敲上来我给你看一遍.我给公司起草过雇佣合同.不过不会有什么大问题的.
