I am preparing materials for my H1-B application.  And I am not sure how to

answer the following questions.  Can anyone help me out?  Thank you so much.





1. Visa Expiration Date [required if in US]:



What should I put here?  I am on F1 visa, and my last entry was three years

ago, so the visa stamp on my passport has expired a long time ago.  I am still

 on F1 though, until at least the end of this year, because that is the latest

 time I am supposed to finish my degree.  I am not sure what to put here.





2. Expiration of Status as shown on Form I-94 or Form I-688 [required if in US

]:



My I-94 Form shows  CLASS: F1  UNTIL: DS

So what is the expiration of status?





3. List dates of all previous visits to or residence in the United States in

nonimmigrant visa status (e.g. H, L, TN, F-1, J-2, L-2, H-4, etc.)



I am on F-1 visa, and I never had any other visa type before.  And I never

changed school or program either.  So I don't have any previous visit, do I?  

Or my current F-1 counts as a previous visit?
