Update: I have got the refund from 玉米蛋糕 mm, I will return her bag tomorrow and post tracking number here. Postage will be on me. Hope other mm dont encounter problem this this as me. Happy spring

 Sorry that I cant type Chinese in this computer.
I got a handbag (total 56 bucks) from 玉米蛋糕 mm, which was significantly inconsistent with the description (very heavily used bag, horrible smell and a big hole in the lining). I contacted mm for return and refund. She replied e-mail saying that she want to settle this problem by refunding me some money (15 bucks). When I insist on returning the bag, she said that she will go back to China and wont  be able to handle the problem. She did not replied my message from yesterday. Hope Banzhu can help. And if anyone here know 玉米蛋糕 mm, please let here know that I am waiting for a reply

I did not expected the bag in perfect condition. But as mm described (if I remembered right), she bought it new from China and only used it for around 5 times. I can explain for her that the bag is just this distressed style. However, the smell of the whole bag is disgusting. I can't take picture of the smell, but imaging you go into a store that sells old, uncleaned cloth (Goodwill smells better than the bag). Later in the communication,   玉米蛋糕 mm, said that she is the second owner of the bag, and she knew nothing about the hole in the lining (which I think is suspecious if it wasnt she who did it). and she kept offering compensation of first 10 buck and later 15 bucks. I personally would not sell such a bag to anybody, I expected, 玉米蛋糕 mm, who can afford Balenciaga bag, would not do such a thing to ruin her own reputation, but I apparently wrong. She sent last e-mail last night saying that even if I send the bag back to her address, she wont be there since she is going back to China for a couple of months tomorrow. I hope you have a good trip and I will definitely wait for a solution from you.
For anyone else who had such a problem with 玉米蛋糕 mm, please let me know. If anybody have experience with settling such a case in small claim court, please let me know too.
