关键是我怎么觉得paypal personal的这种dispute好像不起什么作用啊,换句话说不见得能赢......还得时间等........
楼主要是果断点事情不会托成这样,其实版主已经都做了决定,楼主跟着版主的思维走就是了,如果到最后实在行不通,买家不听版主的意见楼主再跟paypal做dispute不就完了,那样也算是垂死挣扎一下
现在实在被楼主的思维方式给弄晕了。。。
估计是LZ妹妹被卖家的彪悍吓昏了,一时乱了分寸,才去dispute吧

If you are unable to resolve a dispute with a seller, you may file a claim that a PayPal investigating agent will review. Before you file a claim:
- Check the Help Center. You often can get quick answers to your questions. In fact, you may find filing a claim is not necessary
- Make sure PayPal was used to pay for the item(s) in dispute
- Check the date! All claims must be filed within 45 days of the transaction or the claim will be denied
- Be ready to provide agents as much relevant information as possible.
Buyers who don't respond when asked will have their claims cancelled.
Sellers who don't respond will default the claim, which automatically
refunds the buyer
- If it's an eBay purchase, review the listing. The information found there will be used to evaluate the claim

paypal会调查,但是在调查过程中如果被dispute的人如果愿意接受refund是可以点“接受”的,否则就需要时间等paypal最终判决,这期间双方都可以随时申诉理由,直到出结果,同时被dispute的人这个阶段paypal是暂停使用的状态

if lzmm doesn't cancel the dispute, the money will be held by paypal for investigation for a looong time, and seller can use this as a solid excuse not to refund. Eventually, board manger will not step in again to help you out.
