我也看到那个帖子了,祝福那位mm下一次顺利。
昨天做了第一次b超,7周整,看到宝宝小心跳扑通扑通的时候,老公跟我都激动了。。。
医生说我前一阵子spotting的原因是因为子宫里有个血块,希望它会慢慢被吸收掉。

我的午餐options:
1. Pizza + salad
2. soup (clam chowder/chicken noodle) + salad
3. 大排面 (we have such option in our cafe)
4. salad + whole wheat bread
5. steak quesadilla
6. Some mediocre chinese food from some mediocre chinese food vendor :-(
我觉得自己可以pack 一些喜欢的蔬菜水果,例如小番茄,黄瓜,等等,当salad。
加点瓜子仁补充dha和有益的脂肪。
