How To Thaw Frozen Breast Milk
- Set the container in a pan of cool water for approximately 5 minutes. Do not allow the water to cover the container; otherwise, beads of water can taint the milk as it is being poured.--OR--
- Use a special dry warming device.--OR--
- Put it in the refrigerator overnight. It can then be stored there and used within the next 24 to 48 hours. 很多文章都说要24小时内用掉。
Once frozen milk is thawed, it can be kept refrigerated, but cannot be refrozen.

Tipps for freezing/thawing breastmilk:
- Never fill bottles/bags more than ? full to allow space for possible expansion.
- Label the bottle/bag with the date you expressed the milk.
- Do not store breastmilk in the refrigerator door. Store it in the lower back area of the refrigerator, where the temperature is coolest.

我昨天在家比划了一下，觉得不可行啊，是不是要个超大的毯子啊？否则很容易滑落啊，那个时候手还需要时不时弄弄pump的，不可能两手拽着毯子的吧，稍微动一下，毯子就容易滑落啊，我手忙脚乱的很是狼狈啊。。。
我在考虑是不是带两围裙套脖子上了。。。
