猪油！！！终于知道怎么弄到猪油了
好像中国店有卖的，就叫碱水，透明的，看着跟透明的那种米酒差不多，一瓶一瓶的。
我们这里的黑心老板娘的店又小又脏，肯定没这个了。。。。。
我是从网上订的，也可以让人从国内带。

对，就是前奶和后奶的区别了（foremilk vs. hindmilk），前奶比较淡，没太多脂肪，给宝宝补充水分，要保证宝宝吃到后奶，至少单边要吸10分钟以上，建议15分钟。
判断一边有没有吃空，如果妈妈的rf本来是很涨很饱满的，吃了10-15分钟后瘪下去了，摸起来软塌塌的（），那就是吃空了。
