Yes, it's in Boston, only 4 miles away from baogong's office and one of the best towns in MA. We actually toured the house before but gave up because of the in ground indoor pool. baogong does not like the first floor office either.
They just reduced 30k in price so we want to have a builder to estimate how much it will cost to remove the office wall and the indoor pool. If it is not too expensive, we will make an offer. I actually like the indoor pool and I believe Chengtuo will love to play in it soon. but it is just too dangerous for family with young kids.
