Baogong will go and see the open house again this Sunday and talk to the seller agent. On Tuesday he will bring a builder with our buyer agent to see it the third time(orz...). I hope everything can work out on Tuesday and we can start to prepare offer.

good luck...我同学这几天也在看房，多伦多的房市啊。。。。好点区的好点的房都是million级的。有一个房子开价89万，一共13个人下offer，我同学出到96万多，还是不成，最后103万别人买走了。。。稍微看上眼的房一堆人抢。。。。

我是买不起了，除非换到别处去。
