Utility room放到房子中间 会比较吵吧 ,改线工程可能也会比较大, 最简单就是 打掉通Utility走廊的那道墙, bathroom的门改到Utility平齐的位置 ,现在sink的位置改Shower, 马桶的对面 做sink, 不知道 空间够不够。实在不够的话,干脆就沿着bedroom的外墙加长一点, 把浴室门开在那堵墙上, 把原来bathroom的门和临走廊那两堵墙都打掉, 就肯定有足够大的空间了, 反正一般除了洗衣服也不会用Utility room的, 就算需要穿过浴室也没关系, 我看到有人的家是这样的。这样的好处 可以 在 浴室里多建一个Closet,一个Full beth里没有Closet也不好。

真的么?通过浴室再到洗衣房没有大问题吧?如果别人也是这样做,那就太好了,至少resell的时候不会太奇怪。 我就是还是有点犹豫这个方案,怕自己不习惯这样的格局。不过谢谢mm啦,这个是改动比较小的方案。

这种condo改造 要加水管道要改washer dryer之类的 好像是很大的工程呀 你们hoa board同意你改管道吗?要先搞到approval 不然很麻烦 我现在觉得公寓真的很烦

把次卧的closet外推到三倍大。左边三分之一做bath。右边三分之一做walk in closet。bath可以开两个门。一个通向次卧。一个朝着utility room。可在utility和新浴室/closet之间靠墙加个closet。这样实用。就是预算比较高。

我觉得格局其实还好,如果能改成2个beth 估计会更方便。我倒是觉得utility room 和 洗衣房离其他地方远点比较好。不过这工程会不会太大,HOA会给批吗?还有打算住多久阿?改建公寓的钱,估计卖的时候很难回收回来的。

走廊改shower,冰箱挪个地方,原来冰箱位置开门做utility room的入门。closet你还是留着吧,家里多个储物空间其实挺有用的。

更新: 前几天得到大家的很多好建议,先谢谢了!现在我们让licensed contractor报价,方案号称是最简单的那种(把closet拆了改淋浴房)。大家帮我看看这个报价合理吗?工程$18000, DOB报案$6000, 讲价到一共$22000, 材料要自己买的,是一个白人contractor. 这个价钱怎么样?是否一定需要向DOB报案?还有什么地方可以省下钱来?
