来自当地选民。那么有像当地警方一类的确认过吗？来自当地选民却没有确认过的话，为什么不能是给他消息的选民造假。要是不相信当地警方一类的，那他接到消息后，有派人去调查过吗？
即便是当地人真的因为这些被搬运过去的（非）移民受到干扰，却不受当地政府，警方重视注意，就可以creating stories来抓去别人的眼光？
