没错。证据，证据是最重要的。这个案子里没有明显有利于女方证明，人证，物证都没有她有反抗的证据。

陪审团和警察都是吃干饭的，还是键盘侠最公正，啥都没看到就可以yy人家证据不足。现在争议的明明是法官量刑过轻，没人说强奸还要翻案

他爸爸这种言论很恶心。首先他爸爸怎么知道20分钟的？其次，对他人的伤害程度跟时间长短有啥关系？杀人犯拿枪把别人崩了，那才1秒钟的action呢。

当时看见他父亲这句话的时候就跟看见受害者描述自己因为控诉罪行而必须经过的检查一样恶心，恶心，恶心。。。
她说自己不想要自己的身体完全可以理解，想着以后如果其他女性承受那么身体心理舆论的压力去控诉罪犯，还都是得到因为20 min of action 所以就轻判这样的判决，真的觉得很愤怒很悲哀。

"I had multiple swabs inserted into my vagina and anus, needles for shots, pills, had a Nikon pointed right into my spread legs. I had long, pointed beaks inside me and had my vagina smeared with cold, blue paint to check for abrasions.

"After a few hours of this, they let me shower. I stood there examining my body beneath the stream of water and decided, I don't want my body anymore. I was terrified of it, I didn't know what had been in it, if it had been contaminated, who had touched it. I wanted to take off my body like a jacket and leave it at the hospital with everything else."
