I heard the condition is much stricter. Not just showing up together in public, but they need to be referred by public as Mr. XXX and Mrs. XXX, which condition is not easy for Chinese people to qualify. The guy should seek a good attorney. It's possible that he doesn't have to give anything to the woman.

同居多长时间呀，都住在房子里好多年了，也许女的也花了不少生活费，房子维修费，装修费，等等等等。

他这个房子，当初加名字的时候，肯定不值200w, 也就几十万吧，加了名字，女的也许就没有另外买房子，而且肯定也投入了一些。男的能早早的把贷款都付清了，也许有女的支持的一部分。

现在房子升值了，就开始想着都是他自己的？？

如果住在一起十年，早就是事实婚姻了吧，就照离婚的程序走呗。。。如果男方觉得房子分一半不公平，找律师。。。

好奇怪啊，男的说女的因为没看上他，所以求婚10几次女的没答应，可女的也没甩了他另找他人，还和他过了10来年，现在男的要找别人结婚，就要和女的分手。这真的不是渣男泼脏水吗？区别就是同居和已婚呗。

男的可不可以说加女的名字是为了结婚呢？不结婚，女的就当然不能有产权了。不知道胜算多少，不过１百万还是值得多找几个律师问问看。

不结婚一样可以拥有产权，加州法律认可同居超过几年（好像是三年）跟婚姻等同

事实婚姻也不是那么容易就qualify的。也是有很多条件的。很重要的一个条件就是外人要叫他们先生太太。估计根本不是那么回事。不是同居就qualify事实婚姻。

what I was saying is that the title grant is conditional on future marriage. If no future marriage, the title grant is voided.
