I got a notice that an interview was going to be scheduled, however, I never got any mails about the interview. I called USCIS 30 days after I got the notice, and they gave me a service ticket number. They didn't tell me about my interview date, and instead they said another interview notification were going to be mailed to me, which I didn't receive either. Today I checked my status and I missed my Citizenship interview.
I called USCIS again this morning. I was told I have to wait another 30 days since my last service ticket, or I can make an appoint with local service through Info Pass. However, there are no appointments available at my local office at this time. :-(((((

What should I do next? Do I need a lawyer or should I wait?
