2. Paypal takes the 'check' to their bank --->
3. Bank checks balance to make sure funds are available -->
*If non-sufficient funds, the bank 'bounces' the check and Paypal cancels payment.
*If funds are available, the bank transfers money from the buyer's checking account to the buyer's Paypal account -->
4. Finally, Paypal transfers money from buyer's Paypal account to seller's Paypal account and marks payment as cleared.
