Sorry, no Chinese input in office. My sister and my nephew boutght the Delta airline tickets from China to US through IFlyChina. And they can't come since my nephew has to attend a training. We tried to do refund/reschedule from Delta website, but were failed and were told that we have to do it with agency. We contacted with IFlychina and was told the tickets are non-refundable. Loosing 3K is a lot. Anyone has suggestion/experience to how to minimize the lost. Thanks a lot!
