两年半前我去面一个BSA职位，给了我个presentation的准备task. 题目大概如下：

Prepare a presentation: 10-15 minutes – Max 5 Slides

Scenario: xxxxxx company is undertaking a large digital transformation program to transform the lead to Order capabilities: Technology and process; the system in use is Salesforce. The data warehouse is fed from Salesforce with the accounts, contacts, opportunities and orders; the data from these objects are transformed into dimensions and facts, then are passed to the BI community to create their own BI reports As part of the transformation, a new instance of Salesforce will be implemented.

We expect that the accounts, contacts, opportunities and orders objects will be changed (Objects structures, fields and data definitions) You are assigned as the Lead data warehouse BSA.

The Assignment: How do you approach this?

What are the key areas you need to focus on?

What are the key deliverables you will produce?

Example of 1 of the deliverables, such as Process Diagram, data flow, ..etc.

然后我就准备了3-4张slides。blah blah刚开讲，就被打岔，问这问那。提到了具体问题，比如怎么考虑server migration啊，哪些条件要考虑啊？后来一个印度女的机关枪发问，我就彻底听不明白，脆拒。

今儿翻出来看，甚至都看不清楚我应该准备什么样的slides。想拿出来请高手jms指导下。
