 Kaka slams Maradona over handball accusations

Brazil playmaker Kaka has responded to comments from Diego Maradona regarding Luis Fabiano’s controversial second goal against Ivory Coast this past weekend.

"It's funny that somebody like Maradona wants to talk about Fabiano’s goal,” Kaka told Clarin. “He knows a lot about scoring with his hand.”

Kaka was responding to Maradona’s comments in a press conference.

"Brazil are not playing well as they have,” the Argentina coach had said. “But Brazil can take it all, even if they have to use their arms.”

Kaka went on to discuss the red card he received following an altercation with Kader Keita and suggested FIFA should stop showing replays of goals in the stadium.

"It makes me think why on the giant screens is it ok to show the replays of Fabiano’s goal but not my dismissal,” he said.

"It might be better that FIFA should not allow replays of the match on the big screen.”
