整个欧洲政坛，除了几个东欧国家，都对川普上台极其失望。这可能给中国机会破坏欧美联盟和经济封锁。说不定就能搞到光刻机了。

中欧投资协议或许又有机会活过来。。
但光刻机大概率还是没戏，这个涉及部门太多，而且承担损失的主要是荷兰人，所以川普不关心。。
光刻机之内的肯定是没戏，但是未来四年，国际外交上，欧洲没底气了，中国可以放开干了。
海外基本上都是这个调调，大家对trump都觉得是joke。当时在香港老板美国人和一个加拿大同事开玩笑加拿大穷啥的，同事说but you got trump，老板立马垂体丧气了。不过那时候trump确实也没啥主意，身边都是lobbyist，有大佬游说他要改成海外收入不上税，当时感觉还挺有戏的如果肯砸钱。trump后来给大公司藏在海外的钱减税带回美国，个人的没动。这些大公司肯定砸了不少钱。这也是资本大佬会喜欢他的一个原因吧。就是做事情也没什么原则。
