MM, let's talk about the transaction history. First, I usually take Chase QP only, you said you only have Paypal. I accepted. You said you want the receipt. Ok. I gave it to you. Now you said you want my personal information and free return. No. I can't compromise on this.

1. I don't think that is my responsibility to offer you a free return.

First, is this a defective item? No. I inspect all the details before I ship to you. It was in great condition. Second, is this against Huaren policy that I sell fake item? No. I bought this from BG and there is transaction record to prove my innocence. Third, is this against Huaren policy that I did not show the receipt? No, I not only showed the receipt when I posted it online. I gave you the actual receipt, which not many sellers can provide that.

Go check with Saks and see if you can get free return in your case.

2. It has been months. If you want to return, why you didn't do it earlier.

If I want to return to BG, I would have done it earlier. Now it's been months. They will not be happy if I return this item. I had a warning letter from them saying that I can't return anymore. Otherwise, I am not allowed to buy from them. That was the reason I sold this. If I want to return it, I would have done that. Why brother to sell in Huaren.

3. BG does not offer the return, not my fault.

I can't predict their policy and when it will be changed. I can't guarantee BG will offer a return on a product. This is something I can't control.

I believe I have done my due diligence on this transaction.

I don't understand the BG and NM naming convention. I can't tell you what short or long format they use in their product description. I bought this from BG and it was the same product in the receipt.

"我在NM等你答复等了一下午, 我却一直没等到你答复。" - Go check your messages and time stamp. MM, there is something call personal integrity. Don't lie. Please.

I don't want to return because I am risking my personal credit to do this favor for you. But if you really really need, you ship back to me at your own cost. If I receive the coat in returnable condition and NM accepts my return, I will offer you a refund. If not, might need to ship it back to you...

We are all grown up. We need to be responsible what we have done. You can't just let someone to pay for the decision you made. And you can't make up stories to accuse someone selling fake products. This is slander and I can sue you for that.

Anyway, I swear to God what I said above and have done regarding this transaction is all true.

Btw, if you ship it back to me, please make sure the plastic bag that has the bar code comes with it. They might need to scan that bar code.
