sorry, no Chinese input, you have to get into the real bidding war to know what exactly is going on, just to check Lynbrook high, last year end, $1.6m could make you in a pretty good position to win a bid for a 1500 sqf house, even in May, with $1.9m, you could still buy a 1800sqf house with some upgrades, while for now....you have to throw in at least $2.1M to see if you could get a counter for a 1500 sqf house (3 beds only) with original condition.... the market is crazy, while with the inventors keep pushing the stock price higher and higher, nobody knows when the down turn will come... So you have to either lower your exceptions or increase your budget.... And check Sept and Oct closing data, don't check July, June or May, those data is out dated.
