在１２名陪审员已经全部投票表决Brock犯的是felony的前提下，应该可以判１４年, 法官居然就判了６个月，因为判重了会对这个衣冠禽兽的一生有负面影响
这个是白宫请愿的申请, 如果超过１０万人签字，白宫必须亲自涉入，给予一个说法.

但是这个女的自己说“That’s when I learned I had called him that night in my blackout, left an incomprehensible voicemail, that we had also spoken on the phone, but I was slurring so heavily he was scared for me, that he repeatedly told me to go find [my sister]. ”所以不能只从是不是醒着来做判断，能打电话算不算醒着？我觉得现在争议并不是算不算强奸，而是大家都已经认可这是强奸，但是法官认为这件强奸案判6个月就够了，而大家认为要判12年甚至更长。就好象你说的，梦游算强奸，那么在梦游情况下犯的强奸罪，和清醒情况下判的罪，量刑会是一样的吗？男方能把量刑降低到6个月，你不能只看到不公，而要看到对方的辩护律师有多强，要推翻这种不公，就要让自己比对方更强，要了解对方会怎么攻击你，尤其是在已经被对方攻击过的情况下。
从法律的角度讲，找更多的证据是非常应该做的一件事，但是可惜的事，很多人的思路是，已经被判了强奸罪凭什么还要找证据，证据不是已经有了嘛。问题是就凭那些证据，人家只判了6个月呀。而且对方既然敢再上诉减轻6个月的量刑，就说明人家一直再做更多的功课。

你是不是忘记了法官认为６个月就足够了是因为会影响brock的一生, 而不是你所谓的证据"不足以重判"

首先，这只是媒体转述法官说过的一句话，是不是法庭判量刑的最终依据还有待核实。暂且假设这就是6个月量刑的来历，现在你怎么去推翻它？而且男方的律师团那么强大，再上庭他们会说什么？这些都是必须面对的问题。

如果法官说过证据不足，只能判６个月类似的话，你认为媒体会故意隐瞒不报？！哪里来的大律师这么猖狂, 说的好象是你自己在场一个字不漏都听到了似的

因为白宫请愿的申请是今天才发起的，其他的之前已经展开好几天了
我也同情受害者，认为判刑6个月不合理。但是我不明白为什么要白宫请愿.
白宫做为联邦行政部门，有什么权力干扰一个州立法庭的判决？
