经济: 没有任何观点, 最近的发言是2019年批评trump经济数据 Economic numbers conceal more than reveal

人权: 支持DEI, 支持LGBTQ, 反对种族歧视性别歧视等等, 支持性工作反对人口买卖和虐待(Legalize sex work, but fight trafficking and abuse)

Crime: 要求警察执法时带摄像头, 反对警察粗暴和歧视性执法, reimagining safe communities, 支持police reform

Drugs: 支持大麻合法化 理由如下:

It''s past time we get done dismantling the failed war on drugs--starting with legalizing marijuana. Between 2001 and 2010, more than seven million people were arrested for simple possession of marijuana. They are disproportionately black and brown. One stark example: during the first three months of 2018, 93 percent of the people the NYPD arrested for marijuana possession were people of color. These racial disparities are staggering and unconscionable. We need to legalize marijuana and regulate it. And we need to expunge nonviolent marijuana-related offenses from the records of the millions of people who have been arrested and incarcerated so they can get on with their lives.

Immigration: 对非法移民友好

Harris asked, do you intend to use the limited law enforcement resources of DHS to remove them from the country? "I will follow the law," Kelly said. Kelly was suggesting without stating it directly, that he would oversee a policy that would lead to the deportation of DREAMers. Harris issued a statement saying she would vote against him. "Unfortunately I can''t look DREAMers in the face and offer them any guarantee that general John Kelly won''t deport them. For ethical and moral reasons, we have to honor the promise the US government made to these kids."
